ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE

the answers... Beginning with a Human Performance
Evaluation, each athlete will be tested on the
following:

40 Yard Dash
2. Vertical Jump
3. Upper Body Strength
4. Lower Body Power
5. Balance
6. Agility
7. Body Fat Composition
8. Aerobic Fitness
SSA identifies both
the strengths and weaknesses of each individual
athlete. Immediately a sports specific program will
be written to take the athlete to the next level.
Working one on one with our world famous exercise
physiologists, we will push the athletes to defy the
limits of science and sport.
